GREEN BONDS SECURITISATION IN LUXEMBOURG
The increasing emphasis on environmental sustainability and renewable energy sources has spurred various promoters to establish their own investment vehicles, specifically designed to finance green energy projects.
These innovative investments can originate from a diverse array of entities, including large-scale "green" companies, start-ups pioneering green innovations, or even entities producing green products such as solar panels, wind-power electric generators, clean water systems, and more.
Creatrust Luxembourg, in response to these evolving needs, offers solutions dedicated to such investments, one of the most prominent being Securitisation vehicles. These vehicles, which can be a traditional company or fund structure, can be set up within a matter of weeks.
The Spanish Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) is spearheading an instrumental initiative for Research and Development (R&D) - the "CERVERA" Continuous Financing Line.
This funding line has been meticulously crafted to bolster Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and MIDCAPs, enabling them to pioneer innovative R&D projects. The aim is to create novel products, services, or processes, or bring substantial enhancements to the existing ones. Notably, these projects should promote a unique technological edge within a specified spectrum of technological areas.
Furthermore, they are encouraged to engage significantly with knowledge-generating centers, fostering an impactful synergy between industries and academia. This partnership is anticipated to catalyze breakthrough innovations, redefining the landscape of their respective fields.
